West Virginia University – Research Experiences for Undergraduates
Offers a unique summer research experience for undergraduate students in the science, engineering, or mathematics disciplines. The program is funded by the National Science Foundation and WVNano, the West Virginia state initiative for nanoscience and nanotechnology research. Cutting-edge multidisciplinary nanoscience undergraduate research programs in photonics molecular electronics and electronic transduction, multifunctional heterostructures, nano- and microfluidics, nanokinematics, spintronics and magnetism. Travel, housing, and stipend included.

UROP Information

Fall 2014 Applicants will be notified of a decision by September 30th

The 17th Annual UROP Symposium will be held on October 17th, 2014

The UROP Application will be open for Spring 2014 applications in mid to late November

Spring 2014 Funding Applications will be due on December 4th at noon
