Students will take an observing trip to Arizona and New Mexico, where they observe for their individual or team projects with large optical and radio telescopes. Research emphasizes sate-of-the-art data reduction techniques and thoughtful physical I interpretation. All students will be helped to develop their skills for presenting results at conferences and in research papers. Stipend, travel, and housing provided.
