service department. Certified technical service representatives
perform warranty repairs, upgrades, and service on most major
brands.

Services
At University Computers, our technicians are certified to efficiently
diagnose and repair your hardware problems. There is no charge for
systems still under manufacturers' warranty.
NOTE: software repair and consumables are not covered by manufacturer
warranties. Physical damage, including liquid spills, is not covered
by most manufacturer warranties.

us prepare your software and accessories.
Preventive Maintenance Plan
We are now offering annual preventive maintenance plans to our
BU customers. We will give your computer a tune-up once each
semester (Fall and Spring) for one year to make sure your computer
is properly protected from viruses, spyware, dust, and more.

We offer a wide range of service contracts for most
computers. These contracts extend the life
of your original warranty and protect you against the high cost
of computer repair (for both labor and parts) for the duration
of the agreement.
