Bio:
Anthony was born in Beaconsfield, Great Britain on June 25th, 1989. After three years, Anthony and his family moved to Brookfield, Wisconsin, a city about ten miles west of Milwaukee. Starting at age four, Anthony attended Brookfield Academy, a private college-preparatory school. Until high school, competitive tennis, skiing, and playing the violin were Anthony’s primary extracurricular activities. After eighth grade, Anthony switched to a public high school, Brookfield Central, where he played four years on the varsity tennis team, ran two years on the cross-country team, played two years of jazz (trumpet), involved himself in church ministry and volunteer organizations such as Key Club, and worked an internship with an anesthesiologist.
Today Anthony is a freshman in the College of Arts and Sciences with economics as his declared major. After this year, Anthony is planning on transferring into the School of Management to major in Finance or International Business. Anthony currently holds an internship with the Student Union where he works alongside the treasurer to learn the inner workings of the Student Union, specifically the treasurer’s duties. Anthony has found the Fiscal Internship as a tremendous extracurricular yet academic opportunity to start off with as a freshman at Boston University. Other extracurricular interests of Anthony here at BU include the Community Service Center where he participated in FYSOP 18 HIV/AIDS and currently participates in Student Food Rescue (SFR), the Residence Hall Association where he is a Floor Representative at Warren Towers, the Boston University Big Band, the ONE Campaign, and BU Real Life.
Back at home Anthony has one sister who attends Marquette University. Whenever he’s in Wisconsin, Anthony loves hanging out with his family, eating Wisconsin cheese (the best!), going to Dave Matthews concerts, and cheering on his high school sports teams. Go Lancers!!
