Born and raised on Long Island, New York, Dan Chizzoniti could not wait to leave the suburbs and head to Boston for his college experience. Upon his arrival to Boston University, he quickly became involved in many activities around campus.

Other than his position of the How-to-BU committee chairperson, he spends most of his time volunteering in Admissions. He is a President's Host, Day Host, and Overnight Host. Giving a tour is without a doubt his favorite thing to do every week. In addition, he was the Scarlet Squad '07 Captain for 575 Commonwealth Avenue and is a member of the UPA and Premedical Society. Also, he holds position of Public Relations for the 575 RHA.During the spring semester, you can also find him falling flat on his face at Broomball games.

Dan intends to go to medical school and become a neurologist. This past summer he had an internship at a Mental Health Clinic on Long Island. In addition, he plans to continue to volunteer at the Stony Brook Medical Center in hopes to gain experience in his field of study.

Things Dan enjoys to do during his free time include listening to music, rock climbing, reading Harry Potter, chilling with friends, watching his favorite shows, shopping, going to the beach, taking pictures, drinking Starbucks, and just being random.
