Box Office

The Tsai Performance Center Box Office is available for selling and printing tickets for your event*. A standard fee will be charged for use of the box office. It is staffed by Boston University students and managed by the General Manager. Regular box office hours can vary from semester to semester. Please check our Box Office section for current hours.

Patrons ordering tickets by phone must pay with a credit card if they wish to reserve their tickets. The Tsai Center has a “no exchanges & no refund” policy for all ticket orders. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. (We do not accept American Express.) Patrons also have the option to purchase their tickets with cash or a check at the ticket window.  At this time, we do not do on-line ticketing for our performances.

*NOTE FOR STUDENT GROUPS: Tsai Center can print tickets for your event, but your student group is responsible for all ticket sales prior to and on the day of the event.  Groups typically sell tickets at the GSU Link during the week prior to their event.

Ushers

The Tsai Center provides ushers for your event, beginning one-hour prior to your event. These ushers can take tickets, hand out programs, assist in seating, and provide general information to the patrons of your event. Our usher staff has a standard uniform, including a red sweater with Tsai Center nametags, which makes them easily identifiable to the audience. Should you have any additional duties that need usher assistance, please let us know so we can properly staff your event.
