The Tsai Performance Center is fully wheelchair accessible.  Assistive listening devices are available - please see an usher when you get to the theatre and they can assist you.  We suggest checking our upcoming events listing or contacting the presenting organization for further information.

Entering the Tsai Performance Center

Accessible parking is located in CAS lot (directly behind the Tsai Center) at 240 Bay State Road. (Driving Directions) Next to the accessible spaces, a ramp leads to automatic doors marked "Tsai Performance Center Guest Entrance".  Enter the building here and then enter the main basement hallway through the second set of automatic doors.  Go to the left and take the elevator to the 1st floor.  You will exit the elevator in the marble lobby in front of the Tsai Center.  The entrance will be through the center brass doors.

Ushers posted at the front doors can assist you in finding your seats.  If you know you are going to be visiting the Tsai Center for one of our free, non-ticketed events, please call us at (617) 353-8725 so we can reserve seats for your entire party.
