From the South: Take Interstate 95 through Connecticut, Rhode Island and into Southeastern Massachusetts. In the town of Norwood Interstate 95 splits into Interstate 93N, which heads into Boston directly, and Interstate 95/Route 128 North, which circles around the western part of Boston proper. Take Interstate 95/Route 128 North for approximately 8 miles to the Massachusetts Turnpike (Route 90). Take the Mass. Pike (Route 90) East towards Boston. Drive approximately 7 miles until Exit 18 (Allston/Brighton) exit. Pay toll and stay to the right, with the Doubletree Suites Hotel on your right side. Go down ramp, keeping Doubletree Suites on your right (Boston/Somerville) . Go through traffic light and then make a right onto Storrow Drive at second traffic light (about 30 yards after first light). Take Storrow Drive East to Boston and take the first exit (Boston University), which is approximately one mile after entering Storrow Drive. Follow exit ramp to top of hill and make a right. DO NOT attempt to cross over the trolley tracks. You are now on Commonwealth Avenue. Continue through the first traffic light, which takes you back over the Mass. Turnpike.  Continue on Commonwealth Avenue going through three sets of lights.  You will see a McDonald's on the right.  Continue for one more set of lights (Babcock Street) and make a right onto Babcock Street.  There will be some limited $ parking on the left side, about 3/4 of the way down Babcock Street.  The new facility is located on Ashford Street one block to the left of the parking lot.  More parking is available at 808 Commonwealth Avenue, which is located across Commonwealth Avenue heading into Boston Center, just prior to crossing the Mass Pike. Please note that you should under NO circumstances park in the Star/Shaw Supermarket parking lot that is located directly across from the new track facility on Ashford Street.  You will be towed.

From the North: Take Interstate 93 into Boston. As you approach Boston proper, there will be signs for Storrow Drive. Follow these signs and take Storrow Drive West. Stay on Storrow Drive for approximately 3 miles until the Kenmore Square exit, which is a LEFT hand exit off Storrow Drive. Look for the Citgo sign as a landmark. Follow the exit ramp, but stay to the RIGHT. Make a right at the traffic light and bear to the left at the Miles Standish building directly in front of you. This will take you onto Commonwealth Avenue. Stay on Commonwealth Avenue (stay right at fork near the Howard Johnson Motel) for approximately 1.3 miles until you reach Babcock Street. 

From the West. Take the Massachusetts Turnpike to Exit 17 and follow instructions for directions from the South.

 NOTE: Because of construction and other events going on at Boston University, parking is at a premium. The best place to find a parking spot is at 808 Commonwealth Avenue (The lot just prior to crossing the Mass Turnpike when heading east towards the center of town). Also, please do not park at the Star/Shaw Supermarket parking lot adjacent to the new track and field facility.  You WILL be towed.
