The exam is nice, but eyewear will always be so much cheaper online (both contacts and frames and lenses) that this doesn't really apply to me. Frames that cost $200 (or more after antiglare antiscratch etc) are still $120 after a 40% off deduction, but similar ones online are only $20. I can't wait for stores to become competitive with online prices so I could try them on first though. It's great that they put this information on the new HR benefits website - the previous eye benefits (as commented above) are hard to find.
