Some people who post things on the web that are uncalled for & Do it all the time. They also may suffer from any form/forms of mental illness. Don't pay attention & report. I got a crazy person bothering me. I just ignore & did report him. Some of these people who do this to people don't live in the world we do either. They live in a made-up/net world. Not even a bit of reality they don't know what real is. They do false but believe false made-up is real to them.
