Hey there! Congrats on the Hyannis Half. You ran a great time! It's a fantastic race. I ran it this year for the first time and hope to do it again next year. I just wanted to offer a bit of advice about the Advil. The Running Doc from Runners World offers a few reasons why IB Profin isn't the best for long runs, amongst the various reasons is that it blocks blood flow to the kidneys and can cause risk for hyponatremia (too much water).
