Just read your article and it’s amazing what you people in America and the University have done to combat the epidemic. I am Joshua from Uganda, east Africa in Africa, Kampala. Ours has been a dramatic change since the first case was reported here in 1982 (early eighties) the infection rate dropped to 5% in both adult and child birth because of our ABC (Abstinence, Being faithful and Condom use) strategy.
