This is encouraging. However, as Officer Shin points out, bikers have responsibilities, no matter what. The general lack of bike lanes is no excuse to go tearing down the sidewalks. Sometimes it seems a significant number of hotheaded cyclists are trying to make Boston among the worst cities for *pedestrians*!
