    1. You do have the wrong information in this article. I remember shopping there in 1984. The partnership between BU and Barnes and Noble actually started about 1982 (or before) under President Silber.

  1. 25 years? BU’s math department was never that strong (CLA ’88 grad).

    I wish my alma mater had a sense of tradition, but I’ve known all along it will do anything for a quick buck.

  2. The Kenmore store was truly amazing when I was at BU (91-93). I’d often spend hours there browsing. From what I hear, the new one doesn’t compare at all. Really sad they sold out.
