  2. I worked with Charisse at NBC. She was, in my opinion, one of the brightest and kindest people there.
    I’m so glad to see she continues to be recognized for her talent and expertise. The students are lucky to have her.

  3. I have observed this woman’s creative talent for the last 40 years. After college she created a series treatment entitled “Just Around the Corner”, which had at its center the Banfield family. It didn’t get picked up by the networks, but it was significant enough to elicit an offer from the Playboy Foundation to use the Chicago mansion to raise money towards it’s production and it opened the door for her graduate study at Harvard and time at WGBH. The rest as they say, is history. BU is very fortunate to have her leading this program. It will certainly become much more impactful and relevant for the students, the University and the industry.
