There are 2 comments on High Protein to Lower Blood Pressure

  1. I have recently introduced whey protein into my diet. I consume 180grams of protein a day 45grams coming from whey and the remaining from chicken and eggs.

In just over two weeks my bp has dramatically dropped from an average of 145/89 to 125/80 consistently (while still on medication)

I have been amazed as I’ve been experimenting with my diet for the last two years and this is the first genuine positive result.

It seems atleast for me a high protein diet is working
