  1. As one of the organizers of this conference at the Law School, I want to encourage students and colleagues and any interested members of the BU community to take advantage of this chance to hear Rosin explain her ‘end of men’ and ‘rise of women’ thesis and to hear the perspectives of leading scholars in many fields as they engage her claims. The panel presentations will be rich and varied. I have read all the conference papers and they are terrific. We welcome you to come even to one panel if your schedule permits it.

  2. I do believe its the end of the average man questing for money and power. The obstacles for attaining wealth in America has dwindled dramatically. However, I also think its the end of a women wanting to be a women. Instead of cooperation they’re in competition with the men. After awhile over generation men lose the will to be men, relinguishing their place and their will to the competing women. The only answer to this dilemna is caring and cooperation and not competition, whether in the home or the workplace. Unfortunately I experienced it first hand through my failed marraige. Unless we change our perspectives, I believe we are in for a dismal unhappy future for our society and for our children.

  3. Dear Susan
I appreciated that you did this provocative writing. This initiation shows that you are among the strong ladies who are struggled and struggling for changes of the attitude of human beings! You have to keep up this/ your strength and confidence to express your heart feeling. Don’t give up for the expression of your emotions, ideologies ,…and etc. I don’t expect that you wrote the article/book to be praised by pragmatists but also to confront with the conservative groups.
    Keep it up!
