  1. The only problem that I have with career expos is that most employers seek U.S. citizens students only. That is such a shame for a university that is so rich of international students who for the most part, come from so far and can bring assets and diversity to many companies.

    1. @Mounira – You won’t know till you’ve tried. I graduate this past May and work at an awesome Google owned company that hired me (an international F1 student) after meeting me AT the BU career fair. Sure, it is harder for us but use that as incentive to try harder and not to sit back and complain or wait for things to come to you – go out and find it.

      1. @Anish, thanks for sharing your story and your advice. Although I’m not the kind of person to sit back and wait for things to come to me, I was just pointing out a paradox that I and other international students noticed.
