  1. Wish I was going to this session, I live in Britain. We’ve just won a case where most investors in a fund, Arch cru, who will get most of their money back. But even re-running the case in my mind it was just not possible to see we were dealing with a bunch of rogues at the time.

    What the ‘fund managers’ did achieve was to get their funds authorised by the Financial Services Authority, and risk and compliance managed by Capita Financial Managers Ltd. These were blue chip organisations. Both did not carry out checks beyond the superficial.
