  1. I will cope a little better if BU was a little bit more open to cancellations.
A new storm is coming tomorrow through Wednesday. It promises to be really bad, tomorrow night. I hope school thinks about all commuters, students, professors, staff and cancel tomorrow’s evening classes. It will safeguard the integrity of all the ones who have no option, but to drive to get to school.

  2. Loving the snow, as I always have. The snow makes it more fun and look very beautiful, especially the Charles River. BU has done an amazing job shoveling/snowblowing so far to make it easy to get to class.

  3. I am in love with the snow… This is the first time that I am having such a nice and huge exposure of snow… It never bothered me, infact I enjoy playing with it… I think its a blessing…

  4. The snow is beautiful! It’s a part of the dynamic seasons that define New England. If you don’t like it, move somewhere that doesn’t get snow. It happens each year- it’s no surprise that Boston will get some snow. Those of us who DO enjoy it, get sick of all of the whining. We’re ALL dealing with it, so stop bringing us down! Bring on more snow!!

  5. Snow is beautiful but this is too much. I agree that Boston University should be a bit more empathetic to those who have to commute. I just read the article about BU’s snow removing policy; the Grounds and Facilities Management seem to have a wonderfully strong team working through this terrible weather but that is just on campus. The surrounding smaller towns have very icy, narrow roads and plows are not out during rush hour traffic. With another blizzard coming Thursday, I hope commuters are remembered.
