  1. You should look to cover the exotic spices of South Asia and the role they play in shaping people’s worldviews (hot headed too!). Biryani is a must try from this region (like Paella is from the Iberian peninsula).

  2. @”You should look to cover…”: there is an entire program in Gastronomy and Food Studies at BU. In the curriculum, there are several courses called “Culture & Cuisine” one of which focuses on Asia. One course can’t do it all!
