  1. This is very disappointing. In the supposed freest country in the world, a medical college has to beg for the right to use their own building. We can only imagine what could have been accomplished in the 3+ years this building has sat, unoccupied.

  2. Better safe than sorry. Red tape is a pain in the butt but there are procedures in place to protect people like you and me from possible calamities.

    1. That is actually a false statement. There are a NUMBER of procedures in place to protect the public and the communities surrounding the facility. The only reason why this buidling is sitting idle is because people have an imgained fear of a risk that is quite minimal.

  3. The Evironmental Risk Assessment study should have been completed and ratified before the building was started. This is a case of putting the cart before the horse. The State has a responsibility to protect and defend the freedom and rights of all and sundry. This research lab will become functional when due dilligence is completed.
