  1. I like shopping at the farmer’s market in the summer because I feel good about getting really fresh veggies, but I can’t afford to buy everything there.

Are there certain things that are better to buy at the farmer’s market and other things that are ok to buy at the supermarket? Any advice?

  2. I feel like I’m always more inclined to indulge in “junk” (PB crackers, M&Ms) at the beach than at home. What are some tasty, healthy foods to bring to the beach that travel well and can stand the heat?

  3. Who doesn’t know that hot dogs are bad for them? Seriously! Actually, I have a bunch of friends who are vegetarians, and I want to fix some cookout fare — I know there’s corn, but what else should I grill?

  4. I’m taking a ton of weekend road trips this summer (why does everyone get married at once?). And I always get tempted to stop at a mcdonalds or something else fast. And I know that I’ll forget to pack a snack ahead of time… what’s the best healthy food to eat while driving?

  5. College students are VERY bad at choosing the right foods when it comes to snacking and meal options. Are there any types of foods that are healthy yet budget-friendly for a college student?

  6. During the summer I find that I have more time to cook and bake but I usually end up cooking and baking way to much then I feel bad that there are left overs so I end up eating way more than I should. How do I stop my self from overeating and baking cookies and brownies twice a week?

  7. I have been eating a Paleolithic Diet since February. Recently, I have added cheese, milk, and whey protein in an effort to help recovery and creation of lean muscle mass.

My wife is concerned about the amount of met (grass fed, of course) that I intake, about 6lbs/month. I get plenty of green vegetables, but is there a problem with my diet consisting mostly of nuts, seeds, and meat?

    Thanks!
