There are 4 comments on Depression Screenings Today

  1. Congratulations to BU on helping to make strong mental health a priority for students and staff! I am a BU SPH faculty member who spends a good deal of time emphasizing the importance of standardized screening for depression, and investigating the barriers and facilitators to engaging in depression treatment. I am impressed that BU as a whole has taken on this worthy initiative today.

  2. This article makes me very happy. As a student who experienced severe depression while at Boston University it was a huge benefit for me access the resources that Student Health Services provides. I hope that more students may benefit from the services that honestly got me through my years at BU, and also know that it is “ok” to access help. Good for you, BU :)
