  1. “Women sometimes value different things than traditional corporate culture does.”

    It is hard to change corporate culture, period, regardless of who you are. You might want to start your own company instead. If you’re able to find employees who resonate with your value, and you build a successful organization, then other corporates will start to take notice.

    The emphasis should be on women entrepreneurs.
