Socking It to the Sox
Can Boston’s team win tonight?
Click on the video above to see how Sox fans feel about their team’s chances.
All right — things look dire for Red Sox Nation. True, Sox fans have been here before. Remember 2004, that year of glory, when the hometown boys were down to the Yankees 3-0. But the Sox wrested the American League Championship Series (ALCS) from the Evil Empire and pushed through to win the World Series. So your true Sox fans are confident their team will win the ALCS against the Tampa Bay Rays.
In the video above, BU Today asks students about the Red Sox current predicament. Does Boston have faith that the Sox can get out of this slump? What can the team do to bounce back? What players are at the top of their game and what players need to step it up? To see the outcome, watch the game tonight at 8 p.m. on TBS.
