  1. Hi Vicky,
I wanted to let you know that your article is terrific. I live and work in Ipswich and it’s great to see our town in the spotlight. I have a child in the public school and spend many of my hard earned dollars @ the Clam Box and Russell Orchards.
Please let me know if you and your colleagues would be interested in visiting our office.
    Thanks, John

  2. I POSITIVELY LOVE THIS ARTICLE!!!! Really, what a fantastic job! Not being an origanal resident of MA, I really love all the aricles about where we can explore and day trip and visit (like the articles about Coolidge Corder and Davis and Central sqaur too). This is absolutely the best feature of BU Today, and it’s even archived for our convience! Thank you so much, and what place is next? Someplace that is good to visit before Winter Vacation?

  3. Fantastic article and beautiful photo! I lived in Ipswich several years ago and there are a few of these things I didn’t know about. Well done, Vicky!

Also love the concept of the article…more day trip ideas, please!

  4. Crane’s Beach has a secret. No matter how apparently crowded immediately in front of the car park, face the ocean then turn right. A pleasant ten minute walk guaranteed to take you away from the crowds. Make this a leisurely fifteen minute beach walk to arrive at the S.E. tip, and the Essex Bay estuary. Peace, privacy, dunes and panorama is what you will find.
