Since Boston University’s campus reopened for residential learning last fall, the Howard Thurman Center for Common Ground has fulfilled its mission: serve as a central hub for BU students to gather and connect, to share ideas and explore differences. That has meant adapting during the pandemic, moving some signature events, like the weekly Coffee and Conversation, to a virtual setting and repurposing spaces to accommodate social distancing and hybrid-learning practices.

In this video, join HTC student ambassadors Archelle Thelemaque (COM’21) and Karmynn Lustria (COM’22) for a virtual tour of the renovated space and learn how the center has continued to thrive.
