(new extended deadline!)

John Prendergast (@JP4Enough) is a human rights activist and best-selling author who has worked for peace in Africa for over 25 years. He is co-founder of the Enough Project (@EnoughProject), an initiative to end genocide and crimes against humanity. John has also worked for the White House, State Department, UNICEF, Human Rights Watch, and the International Crisis Group.

Among Prendergast’s numerous writings are the New York Times bestseller Not On Our Watch, which he co-authored with actor Don Cheadle, and his newest book Unlikely Brothers, which chronicles his 25+ year relationship with his “little brother” in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program.

John will be available for a Good Talk this fall. He lives and works in Washington, DC, making this an excellent opportunity for students in our DC Program who have an interest in international affairs. Of course, students willing to travel to DC will also be considered.

In the meantime, check out John talking about South Sudan on the Colbert Report.
