Current Affairs and News Network Entertaining Discussion for Students Open to Understanding and Philosophizing Join Student Ambassador Kobe Yank-Jacobs (CAS ’18) every Thursday at 6 pm in the Howard Thurman Center for a roundtable discussion of the news – not the headlines from A1 or CNN, but the often-overlooked stories on A11, B3 and the editorial section. Students will select and curate their own content and share with the group why they found their story compelling and what there is to glean from the content. An in keeping with the spirit of hot liquids like Coffee and Conversation and Tea Time, Canned Soup is sure to warm the soul and provide students the ability to solve the world’s problems over a cup o’ joe.
