Due to Independence Day, the BUS will not be operating on Saturday,
Why doesn’t the BUS driver turn on the air conditioner???
Bus air conditioners must be turned on at the engine. They are not controllable by the bus driver. Once a bus’s air conditioner is turned on by the mechanic at the terminal, it’s on for the rest of the day. If it is too cold for the air conditioner in the morning, it will remain off all day. Even when the temperature climbs in the afternoon. No air conditioner. So, please don’t blame the drivers when the buses get uncomfortably warm on springtime afternoons. It really is not their fault. Thanks!
