Your local service includes Verizon's Telesure maintenance plan. The plan covers, free of charge, any repair of wires or jacks in your room. If you are having trouble with your telephone line (not equipment), please report the trouble to Verizon at 1-617-555-1515. Make sure to inform the Verizon representative that your line is covered under Verizon's Telesure maintenance plan. Before calling repair, test all of your telephone equipment. If your equipment works correctly, then call Verizon Repair. If a repairman is dispatched to your room or apartment and the problem is in your equipment, there will be a $47.50 service charge.
If the problem is in your equipment, you must arrange for repair with the seller of the equipment or another repair service.
