Voice Auto Attendant (Quick Access Accounts)
A voice auto attendant is a menu driven automated attendant which
is implemented as a night service on a main departmental line (after
5:00pm only). For example, a caller would hear a list of staff members
names, and would then be transferred to the appropriate line.
To set up an auto attendant account, there is a $50.00 installation
charge + $15.00 per line. The monthly fee is $7.00 per line (added
to the monthly equipment charges).

Voice Bulletin Boards
A bulletin board is an information only mailbox, callers
do not have the option to leave messages. Bulletin Boards can include
sub-menus. For example, "Press 1 for business hours, press 2
for directions," then "press 1 for directions
from the south, press 2 for directions from the north, etc..."
