Standard Voicemail boxes
To create a new standard voicemail box there is a one time installation charge of $15.00 and a monthly charge of $5.00 (added to the monthly equipment charge).
Sub-mailboxes
To create a new voicemail box with sub-mailboxes, there is a one time installation charge of $15 (regardless of how many subs are added), and a $5.00 monthly charge plus $1.50 per sub-mailbox (added to the monthly equipment charge).
Removals and changes
There is no charge to remove a standard mailbox, or to add or delete sub-mailboxes from existing voicemail boxes.
All of the services listed above require a requisition.
