These featrues are not available on all lines.

Call Pickup (Group required)

To answer a call that is ringing at another telephone in your group:
1. Lift handset
2. Dial 127 or Pickup key (You are connected to call)

Ring Again (Call Back)

If you hear a busy tone when dialing another extension within BU and want the system to ring you back when the line is free:
1. Dial extension (hear busy tone)
2. Press Ring Again key (hear confirmation tone)
3. Hang up

When line becomes free:
1. Hear ring
2. Ring Again key flashes
3. Lift handset
4.
Press Ring Again key
5. Call is placed (Ring Again Recall will cancel if not answered after 4 rings)

To Cancel:
Press Ring Again key

Speed Dial- 10 Number List

This feature allows you to program frequently called numbers so they can be dialed using an abbreviated code.

To program your speed dial list:
1.
Lift handset.
2. Dial 174
3. Dial location code (0-9)
4. Dial number to be programmed + #.
5. Hear confirmation tone, hang up.

To dial a programmed number:
1. Lift handset.
2. Dial *.
3. Dial single digit code (0-9) + #.
To change a programmed number, reprogram the new number using that location code. The previously stored number is erased.

Speed Dial- 30 Number List

A thirty number list may be shared by a department or individually owned.

To program if you control a group speed call list:
1. Lift handset.
2. Dial 175.
3. Dial location code (00-29).
4. Dial number to be programmed + # .
5. Hear confirmation tone, hang up.

To dial a programmed number:
1. Lift handset.
2. Dial *.
3. Dial two digit code (00-29) + #.
