0911 account= includes all fixed cost charges such as equipment charges, line charges (both included in the MRC column), and all OCC charges such as work order related charges and cellular service.

0912 account= includes all usage charges (both LOCAL and TOLL charges)

LOCAL= Any call within the local calling area; there is a charge for these calls.

MRC= Monthly Recurring Charges (includes all equipment and line charges )

OCC= Other Charges and Credits (includes all work order related charges or any one-time purchase charges, and cellular service)

PBN= Personal Billing Number – a 5 digit long distance code (formerly known as ARS codes)

SUBSCRIBER= Any billable entity in Pinnacle. In our BU model, a Subscriber will either be a phone number or an individual.

TOLL= Long distance call charges including international and calling card charges as well as Directory Assistance Charges
