You can use the instructions provided below if you know your current AD2 password but would like to change it to something else. If you do not know your current password, please submit a Help request for assistance.

You can use either of two methods to change your AD2 password:

a) Log in to OWA at, click on the “Options” link in the upper-right corner of the console, and then select “Change Password” in the left navigation pane.

b) Use the Windows change password wizard, accessible via Ctrl-Alt-Del, when logged into a workstation under the AD2 account.
