Access Restriction : TechWeb : Boston University

Access restrictions are available in two forms:

Sitewide Restrictions: restrict access to your whole WordPress site.
Access Groups: Set specific groups of people to have access to restricted portions of your site.

Once an Access Group is set up, you can restrict access to a specific page within your WordPress site, or a specific Media Library item.

To set up Access Groups: Click Manage then Access Groups.
To enable or disable Sitewide Restriction: Click Manage then Sitewide Restriction.
