Enhanced: An enhanced voice mailbox can store up to 2 hours of audio. Each message can be up to 8 minutes in length. Your outgoing greeting can be up to 2 minutes in length.
Bridged Mailbox: This is used when you have two or more phone lines and want these lines to share one mailbox. There is no charge to bridge a line to an existing mailbox.
Info/Greeting Only: This mailbox is announcement-only and cannot collect messages. Your outgoing greeting can be up to 3 minutes long.
Automated Attendant: Allows your department’s callers to dial one number and receive a voice menu with programmable options.
