The Departmental Login is available to any authorized departmental administrator for viewing monthly telecommunications charges for a department (or departments) through a web browser. Through the Account Usage Report, an administrator can view the charges for local and long distance usage charges, monthly recurring charges for lines and equipment, cellular service, and one-time charges for any work order-related charges.

To set up a Departmental Administrator in the billing system, the director of the department must send an email to, and include the following information: the department contact’s name, phone number, and email address; and the department numbers for which the contact should be authorized.

A Departmental Administrator must have a Secure ID in order to access the Departmental Portal. If a Secure ID is needed, contact your department’s Data Security Administrator.
