We encourage each department to conduct a yearly audit of their telecommunications services, to prevent future charges of services you no longer use or need. To begin, please review your department bill which you can access though our billing management system, Pinnacle. Try to identify all services listed and their locations. To identify any unknown services, contact us at 617-353-2097 or firstname.lastname@example.org and we can help you. At the end of the process, any services you don’t need can be disconnected to reduce your monthly bill. In addition, we can consult with you on all your lines to see if there are ways to lower expenses.
