- Open Outlook and log in if necessary
- Open the Tools menu and select Rules…
- Select Exchange beneath On My Computer
- Click on the + icon at the bottom of the list to add a new rule.
- Give your rule a name.
- In the first drop-down menu underneath When a new message arrives (which usually defaults to From), select Specific Header.
- In the field immediately to the right of Specific Header, type (without spaces): X-Score-High
- Click on the Contains drop-down menu and select Is.
- In the field immediately to the right of Is, type (in all capital letters): YES
- Click the first drop-down menu below Do the following and switch it from Change Status to Move Message.
- Click the drop-down menu to the right of Move Message and change it from None to Choose Folder…
- Search for: Junk
- Select the entry for Junk Email containing your email address. For example, example@bu.edu/Junk Email. Do not select the entry that says “On My Computer/Junk Email.”
- Click Choose.
- Click OK.
- Close the Rules window and click Save if prompted.
