1. Open Outlook and log in if necessary
  2. Open the Tools menu and select Rules…
  3. Select Exchange beneath On My Computer
  4. Click on the + icon at the bottom of the list to add a new rule.
  5. Give your rule a name.
  6. In the first drop-down menu underneath When a new message arrives (which usually defaults to From), select Specific Header.
  7. In the field immediately to the right of Specific Header, type (without spaces): X-Score-High
  8. Click on the Contains drop-down menu and select Is.
  9. In the field immediately to the right of Is, type (in all capital letters): YES
  10. Click the first drop-down menu below Do the following and switch it from Change Status to Move Message.
  11. Click the drop-down menu to the right of Move Message and change it from None to Choose Folder…
  12. Search for: Junk
  13. Select the entry for Junk Email containing your email address. For example, example@bu.edu/Junk Email. Do not select the entry that says “On My Computer/Junk Email.”
  14. Click Choose.
  15. Click OK.
  16. Close the Rules window and click Save if prompted.
