Exchange accounts can be accessed through desktop clients, including Microsoft Outlook and the Mac Mail program, as well as IMAP clients such as Thunderbird.

Use of the most current version of Outlook is recommended, especially since Microsoft products are available to faculty and staff through BU’s Microsoft Enterprise Agreement. Outlook 2010 for Windows and Outlook 2011 for the Mac are both available (along with the full Office suite) for use on a BU-owned machine AND for use at home.

Please use the provided instructions in order to configure the supported desktop clients for use with Exchange.
