If you used Outlook with your old ACS email account and have an associated calendar, you can copy calendar events from your old calendar to your new Exchange account and calendar. To do so, select the version of Outlook you’re using.

Outlook 2011 for Mac

  1. Switch to the Calendar screen and open your old calendar.
  2. Open the View menu and select List.
  3. Switch to Month in the Home tab.
  4. Hold the command key and press A to select all the month’s events.
  5. Hold the command key and press C to copy the events.
  6. Switch to your new Exchange calendar.
  7. Hold the command key and press V to paste the events to your new calendar.
  8. Repeat steps 5 through 7 for every month’s worth of events you would like to copy to your new calendar.
  9. Delete the events from the local calendar (or delete the entire calendar) once you have verified that the events made it to Exchange safely.

Outlook 2010

  1. Switch to the Calendar screen and open your old calendar.
  2. Go to the View menu, select Change View, and choose List.
  3. Hold the ctrl key and press A to select all the month’s events.
  4. Hold the ctrl key and press C to copy the events.
  5. Switch to your new Exchange calendar.
  6. Hold the ctrl key and press V to paste the events to your new calendar.
  7. Delete the events from the local calendar (or delete the entire calendar) once you have verified that the events made it to Exchange safely.

Outlook 2007

  1. Switch to the Calendar screen and open your old calendar.
  2. Go to the View menu, select Current View, and choose All Appointments.
  3. Hold the ctrl key and press A to select all the month’s events.
  4. Hold the ctrl key and press C to copy the events.
  5. Switch to your new Exchange calendar.
  6. Hold the ctrl key and press V to paste the events to your new calendar.
  7. Delete the events from the local calendar (or delete the entire calendar) once you have verified that the events made it to Exchange safely.

Entourage

  1. Switch to the Calendar screen and open your old calendar.
  2. Open the View menu and select List.
  3. Switch to Month in the toolbar.
  4. Click on any day of the month to make sure the calendar is active.
  5. Hold the command key and press A to select all the month’s events.
  6. Hold the command key and press C to copy the events.
  7. Switch to your new Exchange calendar.
  8. Hold the command key and press V to paste the events to your new calendar.
  9. Repeat steps 4 through 7 for every month’s worth of events you would like to copy to your new calendar.
  10. Delete the events from the local calendar (or delete the entire calendar) once you have verified that the events made it to Exchange safely.
