The Departmental Login is available to any authorized departmental administrator for viewing monthly telecommunications charges for a department (or departments) through a web browser. Through the Account Usage Report, an administrator can view their local and long distance usage, audit their lines and equipment, cellular service, and one-time charges for any work order-related charges.
To set up a Departmental Administrator in the billing system, the director of the department must send an email to email@example.com, and include the following information: the department contact’s name, phone number, and email address; and the department numbers for which the contact should be authorized.
A Departmental Administrator must have a Secure ID in order to access the Departmental Portal. If a Secure ID is needed, contact your department’s Data Security Administrator.
