Incident Detection & Response

Overview	IS&T monitors the BU campus network to detect security incidents such as compromised systems, compromised accounts, systems infected with viruses and malware, and other types of abnormal activity. Our Incident Response team assists system owners and administrators in responding properly to an incident, collecting and analyzing evidence, developing a remediation plan, and securing the University’s computer resources.
