What to Expect
This service normally will be available 24 by 7 except for standard change windows, as described in IS&T’s standard policies, procedures, and schedules for making changes.
Requirements
- Clients must provide their own notebook computers if they wish to transmit PowerPoint presentations or other documents.
- The outside client you are connecting to must have a T1 Internet connection.
- Quality of connection may vary depending on Internet capabilities and the location of the outside client.
