using BU 802.1x wireless with the blackberry
The Blackberry comes bundled with an Internet service, making use of the BU wireless network unnecessary. However, Blackberry users who find that they cannot access BU-restricted resources, may do so using 802.1x, which allows you to connect to the BU wireless network using your BU login name and Kerberos password. Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to offer wireless access for individuals who do not have a BU Kerberos ID.
NOTE: The content on this page was provided by a IT Help Center student who uses a Blackberry. These instructions are not updated routinely, but we hope they will still be helpful.
