If you are using an ACS account created before February 19, 2008...
If, after configuring your mail program and connecting to the server, you do not see your known/existing mail folders, or you see a lot of extra files that you didn't expect to see, go back to step 10 and set the IMAP Path Prefix as Mail. This requirement is rare, but could be an issue for some ACS accounts created prior to February 19, 2008.
Need to connect to an Exchange server instead of ACS?
Go to Settings > Mail Settings > Create Exchange Account.
Server: yourexchangeserver.bu.edu (e.g. xmsweb.bu.edu)*
Domain: AD
SSL: Yes
* For other Exchange servers on campus, refer to www.bu.edu/pcsc/email/otherservers/.
