The IT Help Center is a department of the Office of Information Technology. We provide personal computing support to the students, faculty and staff of Boston University via this Web site, our tutorials program, individual consulting, and our telephone and walk-in support center.

Although the vast majority of people do read mail on BU's ACS server (using Horde at www.bu.edu/webmail) there are other servers in use at BU. Particularly if you are a faculty or staff member, or on the Medical Campus, and you are not able to use mail at www.bu.edu/webmail, it's possible that you instead read on another server...
